CONFERENCE

The IBF programme offers many opportunities for networking: plenary session, BtoB meetings, thematic workshops, and exhibition hall.




The IBF/25 conference (April 23-25, 2025) will include:"



  • A plenary session and thematic sessions with presentations given by ITER Organization, Domestic Agencies and their main suppliers
  • In parallel, BtoB meetings scheduled online in advance by participants themselves
  • An industrial and R&D exhibition
  • For networking purposes, there will be a welcome reception on the evening of April 23 and an optional congress dinner on April 24 at the venue.

Congress dinner (gala dinner)

On Thursday 24th, the IBF team invites you to the congress dinner at the Orange Stade Velodrome.

The Orange Vélodrome is the avant-garde model for a digital, eco-responsible stadium.

The first stadium to be ISO 20121 certified, it benefits from a number of peripheral facilities that contribute to its self-sufficiency in water and energy.

We remind you that you need to register to attend the congress dinner (it has to be done from your personal profile on the website after payment of your entry pass).

We kindly ask you to pre-register. The team organising the forum will examine your request with regard to your company profile. A confirmation e-mail will be sent after receipt of payment and invoice. With the exception of staff from ITER Organization and the Domestic Agencies, each participant has to pay a registration fee.
The congress will be conducted in English, the official language of the ITER project.

Consist of individual “Business to Business” (B2B) meetings between interested industrial companies or “Business to Customer” (B2C) meetings between interested companies and ITER Organization or Domestic Agencies’ staff members.
Will mainly consist of presentations by ITER Organization and F4E technical experts giving a general overview on last achievements and next business opportunities on several technical topics.

General conditions

  • Deadline for registration (for booking a booth): 28 March 2025
  • ITER site visit will be restricted to accessible areas only and available to the first 200 registered delegates on a first-come, first-served basis (Deadline for registration: 31 March 2025).
  • Registration via the private access of participants to the 1-1 platform.
  • Registration requires providing personal data to the organizers for security reasons, including shoe size and clothing size (for ITER site visit).
